PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for washing and sterilizing an endoscope, with which remaining water in the internal pipeline of an endoscope can efficiently and speedily be removed. SOLUTION: This apparatus 100 is provided with an equipment body 100A provided with a pipeline for supplying liquid and gas and a washing tub 1 to which the endoscope to be washed and sterilized is set, and connecting pipelines 30a, 30b and 30c connecting the inner pipeline of the endoscope 2 set in the washing tank 1 and the equipment body 100A. At least in the middle of a path from the connection part of the connecting pipeline 30b and the equipment body 100A to the connection part of the connecting pipeline 30a and the endoscope 2, a gap or hole is formed for releasing the fluid flowing through the inside of this path.
