PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leather like sheet having a nubuck tone appearance having an elegant natural leather tone with a three dimensional feeling and excellent in surface abrasion resistance. SOLUTION: This leather like sheet in which a grain part consisting of a hair standing part consisting of extremely fine fibers and a non-porous elastic polymer present as mixed on the surface of a base substrate consisting of a porous polymeric elastomer filled at the inside of a three-dimensionally interlaced non-woven fabric consisting of extremely fine fibers having <=0.5 decitex, is characterized by penetrating the nonporous elastic polymer to the inside of the base substrate by 5-20μm from the surface of the base substrate.
