PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tee shot device which is immune to the leakage of water and reduces faults, with simple structure. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a protecting cylinder 10 buried under the ground or the like and covered with an upper lid 11, guide bar 21 drooped perpendicularly while connecting the upper end to the side of the upper lid 11, supporting stand 20 linked with the side of the upper lid 11 while supporting the lower end of this guide bar 21, vertically movable stand 40 assembled to the guide bar 21 vertically movable for supporting a rubber stand 30, upward movable wire 51 linked to one part of this vertically movable stand 40 and wound around a direction change wheel 52 on the side of the supporting stand 20, a driving device arranged outside the protecting cylinder 10 for drawing this upward movable wire 51, and a spring 60 hung between the vertically movable stand 40 and the supporting stand 20 for energizing the vertically movable stand 40 downward at all the time.
