<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a controlling planar structure resistant against earthquake or typhoon by applying high precision mechanical processing to respective members constituting a wooden framework building at a precut factory, by connecting respective connecting parts by a pulling hardware with a scissor end produced with high precision, a hardware with the scissor end and a side pressing receiving seat, and by tying between respective connecting parts in a pleated form by the steel tension bracing with both scissor ends by scissor connection, and furthermore to shorten the construction period by rationalizing the construction process and achieve cost reduction of building expenses. <P>SOLUTION: The pulling hardware with the scissor end 3a or the hardware with the scissor end 4a is fixed at four corner sides of respective connecting parts K.
