PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce expanded extrusion molded products without troubles from using a recycled polyester resin as a raw material. SOLUTION: The expanded extrusion molded products with favorable microcellular structure are produced by the following process: a recycled polyester resin composition comprising the recycled polyester resin, a thickening agent≤20 g/10 min in melt flow rate (MFR) determined by JISK7210 Table 1 Condition 4 and a polymerizing agent having functional group reactive with the recycled polyester resin is admixed with a chemical foaming agent presenting a peak gas generation at 130-170°C, the resultant composition is melt-kneaded in an extruder and then extruded via the die, and brought into a vacuum foamer, where the composition is trimmed and cooled.
