<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Web page creating and providing method capable of creating and providing the Web page without needing high technology. <P>SOLUTION: A Web page creating part 11 of a server 1 is provided with work blocks capable of performing the work corresponding to the kind of item, for every predetermined item, and stores the information obtained by the work in the work blocks in a state that the information is divided into the database by every kind of items of a group of database 13 in relation to the identification information of the Web page.
