PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge and discharge system with a simple configuration in which a plurality of secondary cells constituting a cell pack are connected in parallel at charging, while they are connected in series only or in combination of series and parallel at discharging when used with an equipment. SOLUTION: In case of charging, a cell pack composed of a plurality of secondary cells is combined with a charger and the secondary cells are connected in parallel and when the equipment is used, the cell pack is combined with the used equipment and the secondary cells are discharged by connecting them only in series or in a combination of series and parallel.
