PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of solder unwetting due to flux gas and to make soldering sure and well by dividing a perforated plate plurally in the carry-in side and carry-out side of a work and blowing a hot gas by providing a recessed part among these perforated plates. CONSTITUTION:A work W is first brought into contact with the jet wave 43 in projection shape from a perforated plate 40 and then with the jet wave 44 in projection shape from a perforated plate 41. The flux of the work W which is dried by a preheating stage and hot gas blowing stage is vaporized by the contact with the initial jet wave 43. This flux gas is eliminated from the lower part of the work W by the flow of the hot gas from a calling port prior to its contact with the following jet wave 44. Thus, in the case of the contact with the following jet wave 44 no solder unwetting is caused, and yet, due to the hot gas from a blowing port there is no evil effect due to the temp. reduction of the work W. |
