PURPOSE: A method for sensing the abnormality of a motor using one-time current of the motor is provided to accurately determine a state of three phase induction motor by comparing a first classification strength with a preliminarily set classification strength. CONSTITUTION: An alternating current and voltage being inputted to the three phase induction motor for time measuring one time are obtained(S100). An RMS(Root Mean Square) current value corresponding to one period, a voltage value to one period of alternating current, a main operation frequency corresponding to one period of alternating current are calculated from the obtained alternating current of the three phase induction motor(S200). New current, voltage, frequency values are obtained by dividing the RMS current value by the maximum RMS current value, the voltage value by the maximum voltage value, and the main operation frequency by the maximum main operation frequency(S300). A classification strength is calculated by using the new current, voltage, and frequency values, and the current value, voltage value, frequency value stored in a normal state(S400). It is judged whether the classification strength is smaller than a threshold(S500). If so, the three phase induction motor is judged normal(S700). If not, the three phase motor is judged abnormal(S600).
