APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR WET HEAT TREATING FOR WOOD OR WOODEN MANUFACTURES

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that when a wood is subjected to wet heat treatment at a high temperature and a high pressure by using an autoclave, an exhaust liquid and a resin which are exhausted from the wood are stuck to an inner surface of the autoclave to affect the autoclave with a bad influence and the extracted liquid contains the same constituents as those of the wood vinegar liquid. SOLUTION: The resin and the extracted liquid are prevented from sticking to a surface of the autoclave by providing the wood 1 above a saucer 2 to receive the extracted liquid and the resin which are exhausted from the wood 1 with the saucer 2. Further, by storing the extracted liquid in a storing tank 6 from the saucer 2 to exhaust a mixed liquid from a mixed liquid exhausting valve 7a according to a pressure and temperature condition inside the can, a volume of the saucer 2 is decreased and the extracted liquids of different constituents and concentrations as the wood vinegar liquid according to respective conditions are exhausted and separated.
