PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorant made from Saururaceae plants which can safely eliminate the bad breath of a person taking the deodorant, have a high deodorization effect and are easily available as raw materials. SOLUTION: The deodorant made from the Saururaceae plants which are the living bodies of a small piece shape acquired by prescribed cutting means from the raw materials of the living bodies consisting of the Saururaceae plants to which Houttuynia cordata Thunb and Saururus chinensis Baill belong as the raw materials (1) and which consist of the entire part of the plants, such as live leaves, flows, stems and root.
