PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a film not generating a pinhole, streak-like irregularity, a dent, a blister or the like when a cellulose triacetate film or the like is manufactured by a solution film forming method. SOLUTION: Cellulose acylate is mixed with and dispersed in a solvent to prepare a high concentration cellulose acylate solution which is, in turn, continuously cast on a casting support from a casting die and the cast layer is peeled, dried and wound to obtain a film. The high concentration cellulose acylate solution before cast on the casting support is degassed so that a saturated dissolved air amount under one atmospheric pressure becomes 90% or less.
