<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the receiving performance of the receiving signal of a message by using not only the delay profile of the massage but also its preamble information (its pass phase, pass correlation value, noise power, and delay profile) when sensing the pass of the message, and by improving the detection accuracy of the pass phase of the message. <P>SOLUTION: A correlation-value calculating portion 102 calculates the correlation value of the receiving signal of a message to a code pattern outputted from a code-pattern generating portion 101. A message-delay profile generating portion 103 generates a massage delay profile based on the calculated correlation value.
