PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery disposition structure of motorcycles which can reduce the height of a battery, increase the height of a fuel tank without changing the upper surface position of the fuel tank disposed above the battery or the height of a seat surface of a seat located above the fuel tank, and increase the capacity of the fuel tank, accordingly. SOLUTION: The fuel tank is disposed between right and left seat rails 14, a sealed type battery 42 is disposed below the fuel tank and above a main pipe 13, and the battery 42 is inclined along the main pipe 13.
