PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high density printed-wiring material excellent in resistance to migration and in electric insulating properties. SOLUTION: A prepreg is obtained by employing, as a reinforcing base material for a thermosetting resin, a glass cloth prime-coated with a gelation resin, which is obtained by impregnating or coating a glass cloth, treated with a coupling agent and subjected to a physical opening treatment, with a thermosetting resin previously diluted with an organic solvent and subsequently heating and drying it. A laminated sheet for a printed-wiring material and a metal foil-clad laminated sheet are obtained by curing the prepreg. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
