PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system physically and surely combining a second device with a first device. SOLUTION: The system comprises a first and second inter-connection combining means in physical association with each device. The second inter-connection combining means is physically combined with its corresponding first inter-connection combining means. Further, a detecting means for physical combination of each of the first and second inter-connection combining means is arranged. The detecting means is preferably associated with at least one of the devices, and in communication with each of inter-connection combining means of its associated device. Further, a means for detecting sure combination of the first and second inter-connection combination means is arranged. When the detecting means is not arranged, a means showing that sure combination is performed between the devices is arranged therein. When combination between the devices is not sure, at least one of the devices is stopped by using a controller, and additional instruction is received from an end-user. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
