<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the sales system in which a salesperson reads aloud information concerning articles toward a microphone, treating articles by hand such that data of a sales schedule is created according to a voice audio input as a sales slip with a voice, which allows free hands to perform incidental work accompanying the sales, such as packing work accompanying the sales, simultaneously. <P>SOLUTION: This system comprises (1) a voice input means for performing an input into a terminal apparatus of the sales person with the voice sound, (2) a voice data processing means for recording voice data, (3) a communication control means of the salesperson's terminal apparatus of the salesperson who controls transmitting voice data to the sales system, (4) a communication control means for receiving the transmitted data, (5) a signal input means for inputting and recording the voice data received by the communication control means, (6) a voice recognition means for recognizing processing and recording data as a sentence data of a sentence or a word, (7) a voice synthesis means for processing the data by way of voice synthesis so as to be recorded as voice data, and (8) a data-processing means to record both the recognized and synthesized data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
