PURPOSE: Provided are a sterilization/deodorization/cleaning method using ozone and anion generation, and a sterilization/deodorization/cleaning device which generates proper amount of ozone and anion by exact detection of pollutant in corresponding space and measurement of gas concentration. CONSTITUTION: The device(1) comprises a sensor(110) which senses the pollution of gas suspending in the space and provides a pollution information; a controller(120) which receives a first applied voltage from power supply(150), and changes the first applied voltage to a second applied voltage based on the information; a high voltage pulse generator(130) which generates a high voltage pulse by using the second applied voltage; and a discharger(140) which causes a discharge by using the high voltage pulse, and emits an ozone or anion generated by the discharge.
