FIELD: engines and pumps.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in ICE start heating systems. Proposed device comprises oil pump with drive, oil lines and oil sump. Note here that is incorporates additional components that follow: gas cylinder with pressure control valve, hot gas feed hose, oil line check valves, pipe with control shutter, oil heating tank with heat-isolation jacket and hot gas coil. Oil indicator, safety and pressure control valves and thermometer are arranged at said jacket communicated with nozzle and branch pipe via hot gas coil. Said branch pipe has control shutter and is communicated with the hose feeding hot gases to oil sump and with impeller with cam shaft. Said cam shaft drives the oil pump communicated via oil pipes with check valves to oil sump and oil heating tank. The latter is communicated via oil pressure control valve, oil line with check valve with ICE lubrication system. Proposed device incorporates oil piston pump with manual priming.EFFECT: reliable start at low ambient temperatures.2 cl, 1 dwg |
