PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sales assistance server device for calculating a proper sales price of a commodity.

SOLUTION: This trade assisting server device deciding a price of a commodity as a digital writing to be transmitted to a terminal device possessed by a user via a communication network is provided with a storage means storing an initial price of the commodity in the start of trade and a price calculating means increasing the price of the commodity from the initial price. The price calculation means maintains a constant price without respect to increase the number of sales if a predetermined condition is satisfied. The predetermined condition means that the increased price reaches the fixed price. The price calculating means maintains the fixed price when the increased price reaches the fixed price.
