JOINT OF COLUMN WITH FOUNDATION

摘要

FIELD: construction industry, metal structures of industrial buildings. SUBSTANCE: column includes outer branch and branch under crane. Each branch is linked to lateral overhanging beams oriented in plane of moment of action. Each end of beam is terminated in tube orthogonal to axis of overhanging beam. Anchor bolt with washers and nuts interacting with butts of tubes from beneath and from above is passed through each tube. Beams are equipped with separable studs interjoining beams and meant to constrain column at moment of mounting. Each branch of column is provided with rests with milled lower butts intended to fix column by height. Overhanging beams are fitted with pockets fixing branches of column in plan. EFFECT: reduced usage of metal for column base, provision for adjustment-free mounting and alignment of building frame. 4 dwg, 1 tbl
