SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the use of benzo[1,2-c:3,4-c':5,6-c'']- -tris[1,2,5]-oxadiazole-1,4,7-trioxide as a donor of nitrogen oxide and an activator of the soluble form of guanylate cyclase. This compound is the more effective donor of nitrogen oxide and shows the more expressed effect on guanylate cyclase soluble form as compared with its structural analog. The use of benzo[1,2-c:3,4-c':5,6-c'']-tris[1,2,5] -oxadiazole-1,4,7- -trioxide of the formula (I) expands the assortment of nitrogen oxide donors and specific agents regulating the activity of the soluble guanylate cyclase. EFFECT: broadened assortment of donors and activators.
