<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a customer side to access customer's own past purchasing information. <P>SOLUTION: Seller terminals S and user terminals U are respectively allowed to have access through a communication network n to a central computer C provided with a customer information storage 3 and a processor 2. The customer information storage 3 stores along with user codes and names for identifying customers, customer information having search items as to when, from whom and at which shop the customers bought. The seller terminals S are permitted to get access to the processor 2 of the central computer C though the communication network n and to update the customer information.
