<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the processing of the surplus length part of coated optical fiber and prevent it from springing up. <P>SOLUTION: At a surplus length processing tray 1, at the outer end edges of inner side guiding pieces 5a-5d, one end 51 of the outer end edge is tilted slantingly so as to extend outward of a bobbin frame 4 from the other end 52, and a tilting part 50 is formed. At an inner end edge of an outside guiding piece 7, a tilting part 70 is formed where the other end part 72 extends to the bobbin frame 4 from one end 71 so that the one end 71 and the other end 72 of the inner end edge may correspond to the tilting part 50. The tilting part 50 and the tilting part 70 are so formed as to transverse in the circumference direction of the bobbin frame 4. Thus, a surplus length part 10 of coated optical fiber does not spring up from the gap 11 between the tilting part 50 and the tilting part 70. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
