<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to easily and effectively carry out mobile learning by selectively taking in timely and highly necessary learning data in a learning system allowing the user to carry out mobile learning in combination with a portable terminal such as a PDA. <P>SOLUTION: When the PDA 12 is connected with a personal computer 11, and schedule, TO DO data, address book data, etc., are synchronized between the both, contents of the basic learning contents I (chapter n of English conversation collection) and the additional learning contents II (sectoral word collection, situational conversation collection) to be transferred to the PDA 12 next are selected in accordance with the learning result (correct answer rate of examination questions) of a part of learning contents transferred and stored in the PDA 12 up to the synchronization and user information (personal information and event information of a person in the schedule) such as the schedule, TO DO and an address book.
