<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably recognize a pellet. <P>SOLUTION: A pellet bonding apparatus comprises a placing table 24 to place a pellet 13 thereon, a camera 5 to image the pellet 13 placed on the placing table 24, an image processing section 6 which recognizes the position of the pellet 13 based on an image captured by the camera 5, and a controller for controlling the movement of a nozzle 27A which chucks and holds the pellet 13 based on the position of the pellet 13 recognized by the image processing section 6. A placement area of the placing table 24 is smaller than the area of the pellet 13 which faces the placement face of the placing table 24, and the placing table 24 has such a shape in a front view that a width continuously increases as going away from the placing face 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
