<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resist resin composition having good elongation and bending resistance, excellent heat resistance and thermal shock resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The resist resin composition is obtained by: using an unsaturated group-containing polycarboxylic acid resin having a polyfunctional cyanic ester component incorporated into each molecule and a bisphenol A, F type unsaturated group-containing polycarboxylic acid resin; and blending these with a spherical powder having a multiple structure including a vitreous or inorganic outermost layer on an elastic spherical resin core as an additive as an essential component.
