PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Fe-Cr-Co magnet alloy showing an improved degree of sintering when manufactured through powder metallurgy and its manufactured process.
SOLUTION: The Fe-Cr-Co magnet alloy comprises, by weight, 20-30% Cr, 5-20% Co, 1-3% Mo, 1-3% Zr and the balance substantially being Fe. The magnet alloy preferably has an oxygen content of ≤0.5 wt.%, a carbon content of ≤0.1 wt.% and a relative density corresponding to >90% of its true density.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
