CONTAINER CAP HAVING OPERABLE SPOUT

PURPOSE: A container cap having an operable spout is provided to ensure preservability and quality of contents since a fragile portion including a spout formed on an upper part of a supporting portion is primitively protected by a sealing portion. CONSTITUTION: The container cap(1) made of synthetic resin includes: a main body(10) coupled to a container so as to easily discharge the contents in the container; a spout(20) coupled around an opening portion(13) of the main body(10); and an upper cover(30) assembled around the spout(20) and the opening portion(13). A supporting portion(14) of a predetermined size is provided with a space(15) at a lower part of the opening portion(13) and extends to a predetermined length. The spout(20) extending to the lower end of a supporting portion(14) is disposed in the space(15) of the supporting portion(14). The space(15) including the lower end of the supporting portion(14) and the lower end portion of the spout(20) are sealed by a sealing portion(S) such as a thin metal, which is easily breakable. An elastic flap for sealing is formed on an inner wall of the opening portion(13) and on an inner wall part of the upper side of the spout(20).
