<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a bone nail (1) to be easily attached by a device for fixing and guiding the nail (1) and allow a broken bone piece preferably to be fixed through an improvement in the bone nail (1) for fixing the broken bone piece of a head of a joint of the humerus. <P>SOLUTION: The bone nail with a bar shape and rigidity has a uniform curvature along the whole length, and has holes passing therethrough horizontally for receiving fixing screws at an end of the bone nail in proximity of the joint. The fixing nail holds the broken bone piece at a right place. The bone nail is provided with other holes for receiving fixing screws to be arranged with a distance apart from the end of the bone nail in proximity of the joint, and is also provided with a connection part for connecting with the device for fixing and guiding the bone nail, at an end of the bone nail distal to the joint. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
