PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for forming image by which a vivid output result without image degradation can be obtained even in the case of repeated use and under a high humidity.

SOLUTION: The apparatus for forming image is characterized in that the time required from exposure to development is set in a range of a function to be guided a transfer degree of a electrode transportation layer of a photo conductor and process speed of the apparatus. The exposure means is an internal exposure simultaneous development system provided inside the photo conductor and a photosensitive layer is an induction photosensitive body having an induction area.
