摘要 <p>The invention aids in objective quantifying of motion malfunctions in patients suffering from example from Morbus Parkinson, especially akinesia.The device uses a measuring handle (1) as a sensor, held by the patient in the hand. The thumb is used to periodically move a mobile knob (1.2) arranged in the handgrip up and down against a slight reset force.The reset force is such that the knob (1.2) has constant contact with the thumb even with rapid movements, but so small that it does not hamper movement. Connection means are not required. The measuring handle (1) contains a position sensor for determining the position of the knob (1.2) and multiaxial acceleration sensors. All sensor signals are detected and evaluated.The measuring can be done by the patient at home. The results can be transmitted via a remote data connection (5) to a clinic or in practice. The device is thus suitable for example for long-term studies on patients and for telemedical patient care.<IMAGE></p>
