PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of easily obtaining information such as advertisement into a portable terminal by using an information terminal such as a cellular phone held by consumers, and to realize a method and a system for low-priced effective advertisement and PR by transmitting information between the cellular phones like word-of-mouth communication.

SOLUTION: This information providing device has a means for transmitting information to the information terminals and an information processing means for the information terminal. A means for transmitting information between the information terminals is given, and the information terminals are connected to an information processor being set forth in the transmitted information.
