<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily producing Angelica keiskei component-containing powder containing chalcones comprising functional components of Angelica keiskei, particularly xanthoangelol, 4-hydroxyderricin or the like at a high rate. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing Angelica keiskei component-containing powder comprises the following process: mixing Angelica keiskei sap with at least one kind of a vehicle selected from the group comprising dextrin, lactose, crystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide and cyclic oligosaccharide; and drying the resultant mixture. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
