REEL CLUTCH DEVICE OF TAPE RECORDER

PURPOSE: A reel clutch device of a tape recorder is provided to enhance assembling productivity and reduce manufacturing cost by installing a leaf spring between a reel gear and a reel disc of a reel disc assembly installed to a deck of the tape recorder, and installing a stopper reel to the reel disc in order to generate torque due to frictional contact between the reel disc and the leaf spring. CONSTITUTION: The leaf spring(130) is installed between the reel gear(110) and the reel disc(120) of the reel disc assembly(100) installed to the deck(1) of the tape recorder. The stopper reel(140) restrains a connection height of the leaf spring by joining to the reel disc in order to generate the torque due to the frictional contact between the reel disk and the leaf spring. Serration(121) for the frictional contact with the leaf spring is installed to a lower part of the reel disc.
