<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealed double-glazed unit capable of reducing cost, free of problem also in respect of energy saving, and having sufficiently high mechanical strength. <P>SOLUTION: In the sealed double-glazed unit in which two or more glass sheets are arranged by way of a spacer disposed at peripheral ends in such a way as to form a sealed hollow layer between the glass sheets, the spacer comprises a zeolite-containing EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer) type desiccant kneaded resin having a vinyl acetate content of 5-45wt.% and the zeolite content of the desiccant kneaded resin is 10-30wt.%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
