<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an order terminal that can provide additional value other than eating and drinking for customers and greatly improve customer drawing power. <P>SOLUTION: A desk-top order terminal 2 accepts a request to download specified data to a personal digital assistant 300 and transmits the data requested to be downloaded to the mobile electronic terminal 300 from the desk-top order terminal 2 by a data communication means. Consequently, the desk-top order terminal 2 which allows input of order information regarding orders for menu items is used to make the personal digital assistant 300 (e.g. mobile telephone, PHS, PDA, etc.) download various data (e.g. original standby pictures, termination melodies, games, coupons, etc., of the store where the terminal is installed), so additional value other than eating and drinking can be provided for customers to greatly increase the customer drawing power. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
