MOTOR WITH BUILT-IN DRIVE CIRCUIT, MANUFACTURING METHOD AND INSPECTING METHOD THEREFOR, BLOWER, AND EQUIPMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor with a built-in drive circuit which accommodates high-voltage, high-output motors.

SOLUTION: The motor with a built-in drive circuit incorporates the drive circuit which switches high-voltage direct currents and applies alternating-current voltage to the motor, and a control circuit which determines the switch pattern of the switch element in the drive circuit according to the rotor position of the motor. The motor comprises a module IC obtained by mounting circuits containing versatile high-breakdown voltage switch main elements of 60V or above comprising a plurality of IC chips in one and the same package and molding the package. A circuit board is mounted with the module IC comprising a printed board of both-side non-through wiring and soldered by one time of reflow soldering. The motor has a stator mold obtained by joining the circuit board with a motor stator and resin-molding the obtained assembly.
