PURPOSE: A flow noise-reducing device of a fuel tank is provided to reduce flow noise generated in colliding fuel contained in the fuel tank against the inner wall of the tank when a vehicle suddenly starts at 3/4 fuel level of the total fuel amount stored in the fuel tank. CONSTITUTION: A flow noise-reducing device of a fuel tank(20) is composed of a main tank(40) formed by assembling upper and lower panels(21,22); an auxiliary tank(50) of the predetermined volume formed between the upper panel and a sub panel(30) by attaching the sub panel on the upper panel of the fuel tank; a pump(42) for flowing some of the fuel contained in the main tank into the auxiliary tank through a transfer hose for connecting the main and auxiliary tanks; a check valve(43) disposed to the transfer hose to prevent the fuel pumped from the pump from flowing backward to the transfer hose; and a return valve(44) opened if the fuel level in the main tank is below a predetermined level to flow the fuel of the auxiliary tank into the main tank.
