<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a full color image forming apparatus that can copy an original image in an arbitrary color and print a form in the arbitrary color. <P>SOLUTION: A user sets the toner usage of cyan, magenta, and yellow by operating respective density setting parts 511 to 513 of an operation part 5 of the full color image forming apparatus 1 and then color data on a color generated with the set toner use amounts of the respective colors are generated. When an image data color specification switch 53 is pressed, color data of image data of the original image are replaced with the color data generated by an image data color converting device 4. According to the image data, the original image is copied. When a form surface painting-out switch 54 is pressed, a painting-out data generating device 7 generates image data for painting out a print surface of a form in the color generated with the set toner usage of the respective colors.
