PURPOSE: A power amplifier module is provided to enhance the amplification efficiency by amplifying selectively an external input signal within a high power amplifier and a low power amplifier according to a power level of the external input signal. CONSTITUTION: A power amplifier module includes a basic amplifier, a low power amplifier, a high power amplifier, and a signal interrupter. The basic amplifier(60) amplifies an external input signal to a predetermined level. The low power amplifier(71) and the high power amplifier(72) amplify the amplified signals of the basic amplifier according to a power level of the amplified signal. The signal interrupter(80) interrupts an inputting and an outputting process of the signal to the low power amplifier when the signal is amplified by the high power amplifier.
