<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate application to playing of musical pieces with simple configuration and to obtain clear sound production by assurance of free vibrations. <P>SOLUTION: A plunger 21 is inserted and fixed to the lower parts of leaf springs 22 and 23 and is made movable back and forth within a solenoid coil 24. A bar-like sounding body BRA disposed between arms 28 is hung and supported freely oscillatably in inner and outer circumferential directions around a supporting ring 7 penetrated through a pivotal supporting section 28a of the arms 28 arrayed between the coils 24 in the circumferential direction of a disk-shaped supporting member 25. When instantaneous driving pulses are sent to an actuator ACTA based on playing data, the plunger 21 abuts against the sounding body BRA which in turn vibrates and produces sounds. The sounding body BRA is apart and moves from the plunger 21 right after abutting against the plunger 21 and the plunger 21 is reset by the energizing force generated by the leaf springs 22 and 23.
