PURPOSE: A headrest with a kneader for a vehicle is provided to install the kneader to various vehicles by adjusting the gap of a headrest supporting part, to have the stiff shoulder or neck of the passenger massaged by protruding massage projections from the headrest, and to prevent injury from the massage projections by removing massage projections easily or changing the position of the massage projection at a collision. CONSTITUTION: A headrest(100) is composed of a lower frame(105) installed to a seat of a vehicle; an upper frame(110) turned and connected to the lower frame; a turning unit(115) mounted between the upper frame and the lower frame to turn the upper frame; and a kneader(120) combined with the upper frame. The angle of the kneader is changed by turning the upper frame up and down to the lower frame, and the height of the kneader is adjusted conveniently according to the size of the body of the user or the massage portion. Accidents are prevented by turning the upper frame to the right or the left with the turning unit at a collision. Effect of osteopathy is improved by vibrating in turning the rotating projections.
