The present invention relates to a louver blades assembling and a louver frame for an outdoor unit of an air conditioner which can install a built-in type outdoor unit in an opened space for sucking/discharging air on outer wall of a building, by installing an internal frame on which louver blades are rotatably installed in the opened space. The louver blades are easily inseparably installed on the internal frame, to improve reliability in the operation. The shape of the louver blades is charged to improve air blast efficiency and heat exchange efficiency. The internal frame on which the louver blades are mounted is easily installed in the opened space for sucking/discharging air on the outer wall of the building. As a result, the assembly process is simplified and the assembly time is reduced, to improve production efficiency.
