<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve merchandise appeal by adding a new value to a toy which can be set to a plurality of different forms by a user. <P>SOLUTION: A sensor 14 detects the form of a toy 1, and outputs it to a control part 16. In a memory 15, a plurality of pieces of characteristic information correlated with the individual forms of each toy 1 are stored.
