METHOD FOR PRODUCING LAMINATED POROUS POLYOLEFIN FILM AND LAMINATED POROUS POLYOLEFIN FILM WITH GOOD MECHANICAL STRENGTH AND AIR PERMEABILITY

PURPOSE: A method for producing a laminated porous polyolefin film and a laminated porous polyolefin film are provided to have a good mechanical strength, air permeability and interlaminar bonding property and to have no pinhole. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing the laminated porous polyolefin film(D) comprises the steps of: preparing a pair of tools for hot compressing and bonding two sheets of resin films, wherein the film comprises a composition(B) of 100 parts by weight of a polyolefin resin and 80 to 300 parts by weight of a filler; forming a laminated film by stacking, hot compressing and bonding the two sheets of films, wherein a surface temperature of each hot compressing part is set to be 5 to 25 deg.C higher than the melting point of the polyolefin resin; and yielding the porous film by drawing the laminated film.
