PURPOSE: A sound-absorbing adiabatic panel is provided to have excellent sound-absorbing efficiency, adiabatic effect, mechanical quality, flame-retardant effect and horizontal/vertical resistance. CONSTITUTION: The sound-absorbing adiabatic panel(10) comprises the steps of attaching many wales formed by cutting off polyester synthetic fibers vertically to the appointed length, manufacturing an intermediate plate(13) by treating the attached wale with flame-retardants, and inserting the intermediate plate(13) vertically into a primary outer plate(11) and a secondary outer plate(12).
