PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structural information processor or the like which can satisfy both a user's (structural information user) request for grasping a three-dimensional protein structure and a supplier's (structural information provider) request for protecting an important portion of the three-dimensional protein structure, can link bioinfomatics information related to three-dimensional protein structure coordinates with industry, and can provide a business model for stably circulating the information.

SOLUTION: Structural data of protein is acquired. Structural data is generated from the acquired structural data, by changing the structure of a portion whose secondary structure forms a loop, thereby generating structural data for disclosure on the protein, so that the outline of the three-dimensional protein structure can be grasped, and the structural data for disclosure on the structure with a structurally important portion (active site of loop structure or the like) lost can be generated.
