<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering actuator control device capable of preventing a theft of a vehicle without impairing safety during traveling by interlocking with an immobilizer device. <P>SOLUTION: Only when it is decided that a normal key 10 is not used when starting an engine based on a prescribed signal generated by the immobilizer device (immobilizer ECU 20) within prescribed time after an arithmetic part 60 starts a calculation, a signal for fixing a steering direction to a prescribed direction is outputted as a steering control signal.
