PURPOSE: A deflection yoke is provided to improve the picture quality by preventing a tilting phenomenon and a floating phenomenon on a three-dimensional space due to errors of processing dimensions. CONSTITUTION: A deflection yoke includes a conical coil separator(13), a ferrite core(14), a vertical deflection coil, and a horizontal deflection coil. The conical coil separator has an outer circumference portion coupled to a cathode ray tube and an inner circumference portion coupled to the ferrite core. The shape of the conical coil separator is freely changed to a longitudinal direction, a radius direction, and a tangent direction in order to prevent a tilting phenomenon and a floating phenomenon when the conical coil separator is coupled to the cathode ray tube and the ferrite core. A plurality of support ribs(16,17) are installed on the outer circumference portion to generate the elastic force to a radius direction. The ferrite core is installed on the outer circumference of the coil separator in order to form the magnetic field. The vertical deflection coil is installed on the outer circumference of the coil separator. The horizontal deflection coil is installed on the inner circumference of the coil separator.
